All age groups are determined from 31st December, except masters which is from your birth date.
Some quick things to remember about club competitions:

Please check with a club coach or committee member before travelling to an event to ensure there have been no last minute changes.

To take part in competition, athletes must be at least 8 years old or turn 8 by the 31st of December this year. The only exception is the County Sportshall, where athletes must turn at least 7 this year.

Athletes must be registered members of the club in order to take part in a county, Ulster or national competition.
