Innyvale Athletics Club

Innyvale hosted the Cavan Winter League in Kilnaleck in which saw a big turnout from all clubs in the county. Our athletes acquitted themselves well on their home course, with strong performances throughout the field.

 In the U10 girls 400m race, the club’s two teams finished in first and second places. Kayla Smith won the race and Jame Condon finished in third place, leading home teammates Íosa Lynch, Aoibhinn Farrelly, Katie Hannon and Riley Condon for team gold. The team silver medals went to Katie Fitzpatrick, Zoe Tully, Íosa Brady, Leah Heslin and Ruby Reilly.

 In the girls U12 race, the Innyvale team of Rose Sheridan, Isabella Condon, Mella Brady, Ruby Cullen, Saibhe Mulvey, Emer Briody and Ella Fitzpatrick picked up bronze medals for their efforts in the 600m event. Well done also to Ciara O'Reilly and Holly Cullen on their performance in the U14 girls 800m race. We will confirm the boys results once they have been published, but well done also to Tony and Logan Rotheram, Rian O'Reilly, Mason Cullen, Finn and Jack Briody, James Farrelly and Conor Smith.
