Innyvale Athletics Club

The Ulster Senior Track and Field Championships were held on Satruday 18th June in Belfast's Mary Peter's Track and Innyvale AC's Casey Mulvey was in action in the hammer and shot putt events. Casey threw 13.84m in the shot putt, leaving her just over two meters clear of her fellow competitors and earning her an Ulster gold medal.

Casey followed this up with a great effort in a tightly contested hammer throw event, where she sent the 4kg weight out to a distance of 49.62m, just 9cm behind the event's winner and collected another Ulster medal, this time the silver.
