Congratulations to Lana Morton who travelled to the Antrim Forum on Sunday 12th June to take part in the Ulster Track & Field Championships and picked up two Ulster medals in the Under 17 category. Lana earned a silver medal for the shot putt, sending the 3kg shot out to 7.84m, while in the javelin, she threw 21.66m to take the bronze medal. Lana also took part in the discus event where she finished in fourth place, her throw of 18.43m with the 1kg discus enough to see her qualify for the All-Irelands in all three events. Well done Lana!
