Innyvale has been invited to return to training in Kilnaleck and the feedback we have received has been positive on this. We will be training in the GAA grounds in Kilnaleck from next Tuesday 16th April at 6pm and will see how it goes over the next few weeks before making any final decisions.
Anyone who is attending training must be registered for insurance purposes. While our insurance allows new athletes 2 weeks to try out training, if your child is not registered after this they are not covered by our insurance in the event of an accident. Therefore we ask that anyone who has not already done so please collect a registration form from Simon at training. Registration costs €15 per child. Max of €50 per family.
The 2019 Cavan Children's Games and Track & Field Championships will be held in May, with the Children's Games (under 9 to 13s) on bank holiday Monday 6th May in Clones, from 11am. Day 2 is for the U14 to 18 age groups in Shercock at 11am. Those who took part in the Cavan Spring League competitions in February and March did very well with strong results across all events. We hope to build on this for the Cavan Championships in May and encourage all athletes to take part. Athletes will be able to choose which events they want to do from next week and a full list of what events for each age group is on the home page.
